Harry Maguire Agrees to Leave Manchester United

CENTRAL DEFENDER, Harry Maguire has come to terms with the reality that he will have to leave Manchester United at the end of this season, while the Champions League giants are preparing to capture his permanent service.

But, that will happen only if coach Erik ten Hag is sure to return at least half of the £80 million they paid Leicester City to capture his signature four years ago. What is said is that the club and the player have reached an agreement to part ways when the next summer transfer window opens.

Coach Ten Hag has appeared to enjoy the duo of Raphael Varane and Lisandro Martinez at center back, while sometimes using left back Luke Shaw as a center back instead of Maguire in his previous position. Central defender, Victor Lindelof recently has been used in the position of defensive midfielder. Maguire's contract expires in 2025 and his salary is £180,000 a week.

West Ham United showed their intention to sign Maguire in the last window of January this year, but the Inter Milan club seems to be interested in his services and may do the process of signing him in the next summer window at the end of this season.

Maguire was not sold in January because the coach looked at Man United's tight schedule and saw that he needed to keep all his players to play in rotation in their upcoming matches.
